APPLICATION PROCESS
The application process includes:
- Downloading and completing the required forms
- Gathering the alteration documents
- Submitting the documents and processing fee to New Bedford Management.
Any alteration deposits will be collected after the review and approval of the application.
BUILDING DOCUMENTS AND BILLING CODE
Please search your building’s zip code and house number to download the correct building documents and billing code.
Depending on the scope of work, there are two alteration applications, decoration and renovation. Click here to determine your alteration type.
The completed New Bedford Indemnification Agreement is needed, no matter the alteration type.

Every alteration is required to submit the New Bedford Indemnification Agreement.
SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION
When all the forms are completed and documents are collected, submit the application and pay the application fee.
Our processing department will review the submission and reach out within three business days, or sooner, to collect any missing information for the alteration.
