Board Meetings

The property manager will attend monthly Board meetings. They will present the current financial status, operational updates, and capital improvement updates

New Bedford uses SiteCompli to monitor the buildings for violations and compliance. SiteCompli is a great tool linked directly to several city agencies.

Building Staff

Our property managers are trained to work with building staff. Whether unionized or market, our managers hire, train, and coach to improve efficiency to ensure you building is operating at its best performance.

Project Management

NBMC offers PROJECT MANAGEMENT solutions for some of the largest restoration projects in New York City; our Architectural/Engineering division has a unique knowledge in construction coordination and code compliancy.
